We ship Internationally to all countries worldwide. You can choose any items, from any of our 3 stores (Cali Streetwear/SFD Sneaker Store/ C Premium Store) and put them in the same shoppping cart! And you dont even have to become a member!
This is how you do: Just click on the item you like, choose your size, and add it to the Shopping Cart. For check out, you just click on the shopping cart, on the very right side, on top of the page. At the Check Out, you fill in your adress and contact info. Choose your prefered Freight Forwarder. Choose Payment Method. Click "Order Now"
Your Order info and password for log in to your Caliroots account will automaticly be emailed to you. Check back on "My Profile", to see your order history, tracking number etc.

All the products on Caliroots.com has a "Size chart". Click here to learn how we measure the clothes, so you can do the same at home and more likely get the right size.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by the following cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD and EUROCARD.
The creditcard has to be issued in the same counrty as your order is being placed from.
We are NOT able to accept payment by Check or banktransfers.
Note: Visa Electron is not valid in our store.
We charge all orders OUTSIDE and INSIDE Europe in EURO, except:
Denmark: in Danish Krone
Norway: in Norwegian Krone
Sweden: in Swedish Krona
SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME
ALL international orders are shipped with UPS!
All customers get a tracking number so they can follow their package during the whole transit time. All packages are fully insured for your security.
• It is not possible to have a shipping address that differs from the billing address.
International shipping is 3-7 working days worldwide.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us at Caliroots, please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
We don´t deduct VAT for international orders.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you'd like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don't pack and ship the order.
Always type 'CANCELLATION' or 'ORDER CHANGE' along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter.
If an order is cancelled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10 EURO.
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDER
We reserve our rights to cancell any orders that is done in multiple quantities on the same item.
Specially on limited items and sneakers.
If you are uncertain, then please email customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org).
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
You can return an item within 30 days at your own expense. The item have to be un-used and in new condition. For example; do not send caps in envelopes and don't label any shoeboxes, that will end with you not getting a full refund. Both the returned item AND the packageing has to be in un-used as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise or 25 EURO.
We will either exchange the returning item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.
Caliroots does not refund shipping costs. (unless you send back the complete order and have payed the return shipping)
If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value or at least 25 EURO.
Swedish law applies to your contract when you purchase with us at Caliroots.com.
